Fish Bait Pattern

The grumpy black cat is at it again, unhappily floating in the bright blue ocean in a pink flamingo floatie & sporting a blue mask & snorkel just in case. He better hope that the blue & yellow angel fish & the orange & white clown fish aren’t biting. This wall hanging (approximately 22-1/2” x 17”) is executed in raw edge, fused & machine stitched applique with an overlay of shiny blue tulle for the water.
